Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
